"I usually stick with another cross stitch..."
I usually stick with another cross stitch shop because I’ve been ordering from them for years, so I wasn’t totally sure about trying everythingcrossstitch.com. But the site was really easy to use. I could find patterns without any hassle, the pages loaded fine, and checkout was straightforward with no messing around. I still feel a little loyal to my usual place, but I’d definitely come back here when I need more supplies.

I was expecting at least a dented box or something to be messed up, but everything was packed really well. It all arrived safe, neat, and without any issues, which was a relief.

I was trying to find a few cross stitch kits and, of course, they were sold out on the other sites I checked. Then I found everythingcrossstitch.com and... yeah, they actually had all of them in stock. Checkout was simple, my order went through without any weird issues, and that was that. it was just nice not having to keep bouncing from site to site for basic supplies...

I really liked the colors of these threads, and they feel strong too. One pack had a couple small tangles, but it wasn’t a big deal and I was able to work through them easily. Overall it was a smooth experience, and I’m happy with the quality. I’d definitely order again.

"Wish I’d ordered the right kit the first time"
I accidentally ordered the wrong kit and felt annoyed with myself for not double-checking before placing the order. Luckily, the return was really easy. I emailed them and they got back to me quickly, and my refund came through a few days later without any hassle. I do wish I hadn’t had to deal with a return at all, but they made it painless. "Good updates while I waited"
I ordered a cross stitch kit and then found out it was on backorder, which was not what I wanted to deal with because I was already feeling mentally drained that week.

What helped was that they actually kept me updated without me having to chase anyone down. The emails were clear, simple, and told me what was going on and when they expected it to ship.
It did take a bit longer than I hoped, but I never felt left in the dark. I really appreciated the communication and it made the wait a lot less frustrating

I ordered a couple of cross stitch kits along with some extra floss, and everything arrived nicely packed and just as described on the site. The colors looked right, and the fabric was exactly what I expected. Shipping wasn’t lightning fast, but it was totally fine. Overall, it was a smooth experience, and I really like that they carry a lot of patterns I don’t usually see elsewhere. I’d definitely order again.

I had a little issue come up and reached out to support, expecting to wait a while. But they replied fast, which was a nice surprise. They helped sort out most of the problem, so while it wasn’t 100% perfect, it definitely made things a lot easier

I found a really good selection of cross stitch kits and patterns here — i spent way longer than I meant to just scrolling and comparing them while drinking my coffee. There were a bunch I liked, so it took me a while to finally pick one. My only small complaint is that I wish some of the items had more photos, especially close-ups of the finished design.

"Softer Than I Expected"
The fabric actually feels nicer and softer than I thought it would. I’ve used it a bit now and haven’t noticed any fraying, which is great because it means I don’t have to worry about it looking worn out right away.
